No matter the reason for you to send back defective items to us, please contact Pyramid Distribution at email@example.com to get RMA number. All RMA's must be pre-authorized by Pyramid Distribution and accompanied by a corresponding RMA number. Pyramid Distribution will not repair your product if customer send the product without prior authorization. Instructions given by customer service regarding your RMA must be closely followed to ensure we receive your package and know what it is when it gets here. All initial shipment cost of returned units should be at your expense.
Duration of Warranty
This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Proof of date of purchase is required. Pyramid Distribution will inspect the product and make a decision regarding repair or replacement. Pyramid Distribution reserves the right to provide a functional equivalent, or refurbished replacement Product.
If you have purchased an item that is defective, please submit your repair of Merchandise Request to firstname.lastname@example.org to get RMA no.
After receiving your defective product, we will send you a mail to confirm and ship a new one in few days. In case of any queries, you can contact email@example.com.
Out of Warranty
Should the returned unit is out of our warranty period or conditions and wish to get repaired. You are responsible for shipping the return to us and for the shipping cost to send it back to you. If we incur any costs upon delivery, they will be charged to you as well.
Upon receipt of the item we will examine the problem and determine what repairs are needed. At that point we will contact you by telephone or email to let you know what the approximate repair charges will be. If you approve of the charges we will go ahead and repair the problem and create a new order with the new fee.
This warranty does not apply to Product failure due to accident, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, or problems with electrical power. Pyramid Distribution will not be liable for damages resulting from a third party device that causes the product to fail. Pyramid Distribution shall in no event be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, lost profits, lost business investments, lost goodwill, or interference with business relationships as a result of product failure. This limitation does not apply to the extent that it is illegal or unenforceable under applicable law.
Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Pyramid Distribution within 7 business days if any products are missing or damaged. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable and will not be borne by Pyramid Distribution.
Replacements are limited to availability. If no replacement is available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. Credits expire 6 months after the date they are issued. All products being returned must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by our Technical Support Staff - RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.
